We are looking for a person to manage our sales department.
An exciting opportunity to have an impactful and essential role by supporting the sales teams, excelling with customers, and contributing to the ongoing and existing success of the organization.
Come work in a brand new building near Highway 40 in Mauricie at Louiseville Lapointe Sports, part of a group of car dealerships in Joliette, along with its bigger sibling, Lapointe Sports in Joliette, established for over 30 years.
Challenging responsibilities:
• Manage, supervise, and support the sales team in their transactions, ensuring training • Manage and oversee the departments: financing, sales director, and deliveries • Ensure compliance of files • Set objectives, ensure efficiency and profitability • Manage orders and inventories between dealerships • Handle assessments and purchases • Full management of the new and used products department • Welcome customers and ensure a positive customer experience.
What we offer:

Successful profile in this position:

Qualifications sought:
• Experience in a dealership • Minimum 5 years in recreational or automotive sales (mandatory) • Experience in vehicle inventory management • Experience in team management
