Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to maximize the performance of the used vehicle department.
- Manage and motivate a sales team, focusing on customer service excellence and achieving sales goals.
- Build trust-based relationships with customers by providing a personalized shopping experience.
- Analyze trends in the used vehicle market to identify growth opportunities and adjust operations accordingly.
- Collaborate with other departments, including after-sales service and financing, to ensure a cohesive and integrated customer experience.
- Ensure ongoing training for the team to maintain a high level of product knowledge and customer service.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Excellent leadership skills with a proven ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to guide decision-making.
- In-depth knowledge of the used vehicle market and industry trends.
