We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Sales Director to join our team at St-Constant Kia. In this key role, you will be responsible for leading and managing the dealership's sales operations, ensuring that our team delivers exceptional service to our customers while meeting established sales targets.

As Sales Director, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to increase revenue and maximize the profitability of our dealership.
  • Coaching and motivating a team of salespeople to ensure an unmatched level of customer service and the achievement of both individual and collective goals.
  • Analyzing sales performance and preparing weekly reports for headquarters, identifying market trends and growth opportunities.
  • Collaborating closely with marketing teams to organize promotions and events that attract new customers.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with clients to guarantee their satisfaction and loyalty to St-Constant Kia.

The ideal candidate must possess the following qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar position within the automotive industry or retail sales, preferably in a dealership environment.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales objectives.
  • In-depth knowledge of automotive products and market trends.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and draw conclusions to support operational development.
