Job description

We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Sales Director to join our growing team. In this key role, you will be responsible for sales strategy and optimizing the performance of our used vehicle sales team in the automotive sector. You will work closely with management to achieve sales goals and develop strong relationships with our customers.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Vehicle appraisal.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase our market share.
  • Source used vehicles through channels other than our existing customers.
  • Inventory management.
  • Be able to work with our CRM to properly track incoming web leads and follow up with our team of consultants.
  • Lead, motivate, and train a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales objectives.
  • Build relationships with key customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales efforts and effectively promote our products.
  • Monitor performance indicators and prepare regular reports on sales results.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of one year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Strong ability to focus and prioritize effectively.
  • High level of organization.
  • Ability to develop innovative sales strategies and work under pressure.
  • Solid knowledge of sales processes and market dynamics in the automotive sector.
  • Knowledge of various stakeholders for sourcing used vehicles is a plus.
  • Passion for automobiles and understanding of current market trends.
