As part of our expansion, Automobile J.P. Yergeau Ford is looking for a passionate and dynamic Technical Advisor to join our team. If you have a strong interest in automobiles and wish to play a key role in customer service, this opportunity is made for you.
As a Technical Advisor, your main responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming and advising our customers on various repairs and maintenance of their vehicles.
- Establishing accurate diagnostics in collaboration with our workshop team to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Managing appointments and ensuring proactive follow-up with customers regarding their vehicles.
- Proposing solutions tailored to customers' needs while adhering to Ford's quality standards.
- Collaborating with mechanics and service staff to ensure an efficient workflow.
To succeed in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:
- A minimum of one year of experience in a similar role or in the automotive industry, ideally in after-sales service.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to establish positive relationships with customers.
- Strong technical knowledge of vehicles, including mechanical and electronic systems.
- Customer service-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work as part of a team and thrive in a dynamic environment.
