We are looking for a technical advisor.

Under the supervision of the Service Manager, the technical advisor greets the customer and gathers the required information to identify and define their vehicle's repair and maintenance needs. Additionally, the technical advisor recommends maintenance services and organizes the schedule for the execution of the work, while ensuring an impeccable customer experience.
- Customer reception
- Check the repair history of customers' vehicles the day before
- Warmly greet customers upon arrival and gather the necessary information regarding their vehicles
- Recommend necessary products and maintenance services for the customer's vehicle
- Organize the schedule for carrying out the work
- Open and close work orders
- Follow up with the customer on the progress of the work in the workshop
- Explain the work performed to the customer and proceed with billing
- Schedule the next appointment for the customer
- Collect customer feedback regarding their satisfaction

Requirements:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position
- Good knowledge of mechanics
- Professionalism
- Multitasking abilities, structure, and organization
- Have a good sense of priorities
- Good computer skills (knowledge of SDS and Serti software is a plus); We are looking for a personable individual motivated by customer satisfaction and achieving results
