- Explain the services offered and associated costs, presenting the best options for the customer.
- Keep your knowledge updated on Kia products, new vehicles, and automotive technologies to accurately inform customers.
- Proactively follow up with customers after visits to assess their satisfaction and encourage loyalty.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of one year of customer service experience, ideally in the automotive sector.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French; knowledge of English is an asset.
- Ability to work independently while being a team player.
- Good proficiency in computer tools and customer relationship management systems.
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
