- Collaborate with the financing team to help customers explore financing options that suit their situation.
- Conduct post-sale follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and strengthen our trust-based relationship.
- Participate in promoting our service center and after-sales offers, focusing on preventive maintenance and repairs.
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; training in the automotive field is an asset.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the automotive sector.
- Excellent communication and customer relationship skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Positive attitude, motivation, and passion for customer service.
- Knowledge of automotive products and services, as well as financing systems.
