In this role, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Welcoming customers and assessing their service needs with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Conducting thorough consultations to understand customer concerns and recommending appropriate services
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers by providing transparent communication and updates throughout the service process
  • Coordinating with technicians to ensure timely and accurate completion of services
  • Preparing accurate service estimates and discussing any additional recommendations with customers
  • Handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues promptly and professionally
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and services performed

To excel in this position, you should possess the following qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry
  • Strong knowledge of automotive systems and service operations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-oriented mindset
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in using dealership management systems and Microsoft Office Suite
