We are looking for a Technical Advisor to join our dynamic and high-performing team.
Your responsibilities:
- Greet customers, take their vehicles and determine their needs;
- Open and close work orders;
- Ensure customer satisfaction;
- Answer the phone promptly and courteously;
- Promote our specials and preventive maintenance services.
The required skills for the position are as follows:
- 2 years of experience in after-sales service;
- Concern for excellent and distinguished customer service;
- Punctuality, professionalism, and courtesy;
- Dynamism, involvement, and empathy.
We offer excellent working conditions including:
