As a Technical Advisor at Venne Ford, you will have the opportunity to play a key role in our customers' experience while serving as an intermediary between clients and our team of experienced technicians. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assessing customer needs, and offering tailored solutions for their vehicles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a professional and courteous manner, listening attentively to their concerns and needs related to their vehicle.
- Accurately diagnose automotive issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Work closely with technicians to ensure services are performed correctly and within deadlines.
- Explain necessary services and repairs to customers, using clear and accessible language to ensure their understanding.
- Manage the appointment schedule and track services performed to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on Ford products and industry best practices.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of one year of experience as a technical advisor or in a customer service role related to automobiles.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently while being an active team member.
- Passion for the automotive industry and the desire to help customers find suitable solutions for their needs.
- Knowledge of Ford products is a plus, but training will be provided.
