WE ARE RECRUITING a After-Sales Service Manager.
Selection criteria:
- Have 10 years of experience managing a service team at a car dealership;
- Possess extensive experience in the inspection and reconditioning process of a high volume of used vehicle sales (1,000 used vehicles annually);
- Have a very high level of administrative rigor;
- Be familiar with the SERTI software;
- Know how to mobilize a large team towards achieving results;
- Maintain a positive and respectful attitude at all times;
- Be ultra-organized and have good stress management skills;
- Be able to solve problems while remaining calm at all times;
- Have a genuine concern for customer satisfaction.
