Job description

Lapointe Sports Joliette is looking for a passionate and committed Service Director to join our dynamic team. As a leader, you will be responsible for overseeing all operations of the after-sales service, with the aim of providing an exceptional customer experience and ensuring the efficient functioning of the workshop.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate all activities of the after-sales service, including repair management, maintenance, and customer relations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Analyze the performance of the service and propose continuous improvements based on results.
  • Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards within the workshop.
  • Train and motivate a team of technicians to foster a positive and productive work environment.
  • Manage the service budget and ensure financial objectives are met.

Required Qualifications:

  • Significant experience of at least one year in a management role within an after-sales service in the automotive sector.
  • Excellent team management and leadership skills.
  • Solid understanding of service workshop operations and industry standards.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong ability to build solid relationships with customers and communicate effectively.
