Service Center Manager

As a Service Center Manager, you will play an active role in the daily activities of your team. You will help your team succeed by being the go-to resource; together with your colleagues, you will be responsible for the results achieved and will contribute to creating a collaborative spirit that allows you to give your best. You will make a difference by adding your own touch to how things are accomplished and by leading by example.

Overview of your role:

Your role involves taking ownership of your service center and setting an example for your team members by building genuine relationships with your clients and being proud of your center’s performance.

You will continue to make a difference:

  • By being the ambassador of your service center and ensuring all clients are welcomed with the attention they deserve (you will spend 90% of your time on customer relations);
  • By adding value for customers and finding ways to increase your center’s revenue;
  • By leading a team to achieve results and managing your employees’ time strategically, while staying attentive to your team’s goals and seeking help when necessary.

Your profile:

  • Preferably, you have three years of experience in management or team leadership. Experience in sales would be an asset!
  • You show interest in teamwork and are committed to fostering the growth of individuals with exceptional potential.
  • Challenges motivate you, and you see opportunities in every situation.
  • Practical experience in the automotive sector is an asset but not a requirement.
