As a Service Center Manager, you will play an active role in the daily activities of your team. You will help your team succeed by being the go-to person; along with your colleagues, you will be responsible for the results achieved and help foster a collaborative spirit that allows you to give your best. You will make a difference by adding your own touch to how things are accomplished and by setting an example.

Overview of your role:

Your role involves taking ownership of your service center and leading by example to establish genuine relationships with your customers while taking pride in the performance of your center.

You will continue to make a difference:

by being the ambassador for your service center and ensuring that all customers are welcomed with the attention they deserve (you will dedicate 90% of your time to customer relations);

by adding value for customers and finding ways to increase the revenues of your center;

by leading a team with the objective of achieving results and strategically managing your employees' time, staying attuned to your team's goals and asking for help when needed.

Your profile:

You preferably have three years of experience in management or team leadership. Experience in sales would be a plus!

You are interested in teamwork and have a concern for fostering the growth of individuals with exceptional potential.

Practical experience in the automotive sector is an asset, but not a requirement.
