Become the foreman of our mechanical workshop! You will be responsible for supervising our daily operations, managing the team, and ensuring optimal quality control. Your expertise will ensure that all repairs and maintenance meet our standards of excellence. You will also be responsible for carrying out mechanical tasks and supporting the work of the mechanics.
In this role, you will need to:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the workshop, ensuring an efficient distribution of tasks among team members.
- Ensure that repairs are completed within deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
- Provide technical support to mechanics, assisting them with diagnostics and complex repairs.
- Ensure clear and effective communication between clients and team members to guarantee maximum satisfaction.
- Participate in the ongoing training of employees to improve their skills and encourage their professional development.
We are looking for a candidate with:
- A minimum of one year of experience in a similar role within the automotive industry, preferably in heavy vehicle repair.
- Strong mechanical skills, with a proven ability to solve problems.

- Significant experience as a mechanic or technician in a repair shop.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or management role is a plus.
