To succeed in this role, you must possess the following qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar position or in customer service, preferably within the automotive industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, in French and English, to effectively interact with our diverse clientele.
- Ability to work independently while being a key team member.
- Strong organizational skills and the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
