Key Responsibilities:
- Process and manage customer claims with diligence and professionalism.
- Interact with internal teams to ensure follow-up and quick resolution of claims.
- Provide clear and accurate information to customers regarding the status of their claims.
- Maintain a complete record of all communications and actions related to claims.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes by sharing suggestions and feedback.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of one year of experience in a similar role, ideally in the automotive sector.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently while building strong relationships with customers and teams.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in French; knowledge of English is an asset.
