About the role
310T Licensed Truck & Coach Mechanic. We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced 310T Licensed Mechanic to join a premier transit bus and highway coach repair and refurbishment facility. In this role, you will work out of a modern, clean, 100,000 sq. ft. indoor shop on projects including cutting-edge transit fleet innovations and EV bus conversions.

Responsibilities
- Perform regular maintenance, complex diagnostics, and complete repairs on transit buses and highway coaches.
- Execute major refurbishments, including full disassembly and reassembly of buses.
- Determine the extent of required repairs, adjust equipment, and repair or replace defective parts.
- Conduct mandatory MTO inspections, document deficiencies, and carry out necessary service schedules.
- Test repaired equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Work across various mechanical systems, including:
- Electrical & Electronics
- HVAC & Diagnostics
- Drivetrain & Engines
- Suspension, Braking, & Air Systems
Requirements
- Valid 310T Truck and Coach License.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience as a bus or truck mechanic.
- Experience performing MTO inspections and documenting deficiencies.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting with electronic and diagnostic equipment, alongside deep knowledge of fleet maintenance practices.
- Must provide own necessary hand tools.
- Ability to stand and bend for long periods and lift heavy equipment/materials as required.
- Must be a Canadian resident with a safety-oriented, detail-focused, and professional mindset.

- Compensation: $37.00 - $42.00 / hour + $5,000 Signing Bonus.
