Your responsibilities
- Enter and file accounting documents;
- Process invoices and help track accounts payable and receivable;
- Perform reconciliations and verify the accuracy of data;
- Prepare and process deposits and payments;
- Assist with journal entries and periodic accounting follow-ups;
- Collaborate with team members to respond to requests and meet deadlines;
- Ensure the confidentiality and accuracy of the information handled.
The ideal candidate
- At least one year of experience in an accounting role;
- Accounting education or relevant experience;
- Good understanding of basic accounting principles;
- Proficiency with computers and office software;
- Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple tasks accurately;
