Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate the service appointments for after-sales and sales, optimizing schedules and prioritizing tasks.
- Greet customers upon arrival, direct them to the appropriate service, and prepare necessary files; follow up on appointments and reminders.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date calendars for advisors, technicians, and administrative teams; communicate changes in real-time.
- Collaborate with the financing and parts departments to deliver a smooth and frictionless customer experience.
- Use CRM/ERP systems and computer tools to document appointments, customer preferences, and service history; generate simple reports.
- Monitor performance indicators (appointment rate, cancellations, delays) and suggest operational improvements.
Profile sought
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in automotive or customer service.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
- Customer service orientation and excellent communication in French; English is a plus.
- Proficiency with office tools (MS Office) and appointment management/CRM systems; quick learning ability.
- Integrity, team spirit, and solution-oriented mindset; ability to work discretely and professionally.
