Your responsibilities
- Respond to service clients and ensure clear and courteous exchanges by phone and in person.
- Book, schedule, and coordinate service appointments, interviews, and after-sales services, ensuring the optimization of operational flow.
- Follow up on appointments and send reminders, while managing modifications and cancellations diplomatically.
- Perform daily administrative tasks and data entry in the CRM and internal schedules.
- Welcome clients and direct them to the appropriate services with professionalism, maintaining exemplary presentation and communication.
- Work closely with advisors, technicians, and other teams to ensure a consistent and seamless customer experience.
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role (reception, coordination, customer service); experience in the automotive sector is an asset.
- Excellent command of French, both spoken and written; English is an asset.
- Good computer skills (Microsoft 365 suite, CRM, and appointment scheduling software).
- Excellent organizational skills, analytical mindset, and ability to handle multiple requests simultaneously.
- Customer service orientation, patience, discretion, and ability to work in a team in a dynamic environment.
- Availability to ensure schedules compatible with the needs of the service and team.
