Job Description St-Constant Honda Desjardins, a recognized Honda dealership in Montérégie and the greater Montreal area, is seeking a Appointment Coordinator. You will join a passionate and dedicated team, playing a key role in optimizing our appointment scheduling for service and sales, to provide an exceptional customer experience from the first contact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize the appointment calendar for service and sales based on technician and advisor availability.
  • Be the first point of contact for appointment requests via phone and email; welcome customers and ensure high-quality customer service.
  • Schedule, confirm, and remind clients of appointments; handle modifications, cancellations, and rescheduling efficiently.
  • Update customer information in the CRM and ensure records are accurate.
  • Collaborate with the service, parts, and workshop departments to ensure a smooth and coordinated customer experience.
  • Prepare reports and follow-ups on appointment utilization and performance indicators.
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of appointment scheduling processes and provide training to teams if necessary.

Profile

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in scheduling coordination, customer service, or similar roles, preferably in the automotive industry or a related sector.
  • Excellent communication skills in French; English is a plus.
  • Proficiency with computer tools (Microsoft Office suite, scheduling software, CRM).
  • Strong organizational skills, versatility, rigor, and customer service orientation.
  • Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
  • Capacity to handle stress and propose quick, effective solutions.
