At Mauricie Volkswagen, we are looking for a passionate and organized Appointment Coordinator / Internal Technical Advisor to join our dynamic team. In this key role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and will play an essential role in the smooth operation of our customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and advise customers by phone, text, or online, ensuring that you understand their needs.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments for vehicle maintenance, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Manage customer files and rigorously follow up on appointments.
- Work closely with our technicians and service staff to optimize the daily schedule.
- Ensure clear and proactive communication with customers regarding the services offered and availability.
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma; training or experience in the automotive sector is an asset.
- Knowledge of the SERTI software is an asset.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work in a team in a dynamic environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with computer tools and management systems.
Possibility of a flexible schedule allowing you to finish on Fridays at 2 PM.
