Main responsibilities

  • Support the Sales Manager in achieving sales targets and managing the local marketing action plan.
  • Supervise, train, and motivate the sales team to improve individual and collective performance, while ensuring a high level of customer service.
  • Manage the sales pipeline, track opportunities, and produce regular reports on key indicators (KPIs) and results per salesperson.
  • Ensure a seamless customer experience, from first contact to delivery, in coordination with after-sales service and the financing and insurance departments.
  • Actively contribute to developing the customer portfolio and customer loyalty through cross-selling initiatives and programs (financing, warranties, preventive maintenance).
  • Represent the dealership at local events and optimize the visibility of Ford offers to customers.
  • Contribute to internal policy compliance, particularly regarding COVID-19 vaccination requirements and workplace safety standards.

Requirements and skills

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales management; experience in the automotive sector is strongly preferred.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills; customer service orientation and ability to train a high-performing team.
  • Proficiency in sales processes, financing, and incentive programs (discounts, corporate car offers, etc.).
  • Proven skills in CRM and data analysis (sales tracking, prospects, reports).
  • Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to operational needs.
  • Valid driver's license and good knowledge of local sales practices.
