This specialist develops business plans, reviews KPIs, supports sales and leasing objectives, and delivers retailer education. The work includes compliance with regulations, policies, and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Develop business plans supporting monthly, quarterly, and annual retailer objectives
- Review sales rates, KPIs, renewals, and acceptance rates
- Coach retailers on deal structure, applications, and approvals
- Review upcoming contract maturities and aging inventory opportunities
- Support new product and initiative rollouts
- Apply automotive finance, sales, and relationship expertise to Scotiabank’s OEM retailer network in Edmonton or Vancouver.
Requirements
- Undergraduate business or economics degree, or work equivalency
- Five or more years of automotive finance industry experience
- Three or more years of preferred sales experience
- Expert knowledge of automotive finance retail operations
- Strong communication, networking, closing, and relationship-building skills
