Responsibilities
- Welcome guests to the dealership, listen to their needs, and help them find the right vehicle to fit their lifestyle and budget.
- Explain vehicle features, benefits, and financing options clearly and confidently to ensure customers feel informed and supported.
- Follow up after purchase to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term loyalty.
- Work closely with Sales Managers and colleagues to meet and exceed individual and team sales goals.
- Continuously update your knowledge of new models, features, and industry trends to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Requirements
- Proven sales experience, preferably in the automotive or retail industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- A positive, customer-first approach with a strong desire to help others.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Valid driver’s license and familiarity with financing options.
