Job Description
Sell new and used vehicles onsite in Windsor using CRM follow-up and customer relationship skills at Performance Ford.
As a Sales Consultant with Rafih Auto Group, you will work under the Sales Manager to meet dealership gross profit, volume, and customer satisfaction standards. The position focuses on showroom customers, internet and phone leads, Upgrade System opportunities, and database follow-up. Luxury automotive sales experience is an asset, while an OMVIC license is required.
Responsibilities
- Sell and lease new and used vehicles
- Complete approximately 40 outgoing customer calls daily
- Maintain buyer follow-up through CRM and Upgrade System
- Meet appointment closing and CSI standards
- Achieve monthly and annual sales and gross goals
Requirements
- OMVIC license required
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Microsoft Office, Excel, and computer application proficiency
- One year of sales experience preferred
- Class G Licence and DCS or DEC preferred
