Vende vehículos nuevos y usados presencialmente en Windsor, utilizando seguimiento mediante CRM y habilidades para establecer relaciones con los clientes en Performance Ford.
Como asesor de ventas de Rafih Auto Group, trabajarás bajo la supervisión del gerente de ventas para cumplir los estándares del concesionario de utilidad bruta, volumen y satisfacción del cliente. El puesto se centra en los clientes de la sala de exposición, los prospectos por internet y teléfono, las oportunidades del Sistema de Actualización y el seguimiento de la base de datos. La experiencia en ventas de automóviles de lujo es un plus; se requiere una licencia OMVIC.
Responsabilidades
- Vender y arrendar vehículos nuevos y usados
- Realizar aproximadamente 40 llamadas salientes a clientes al día
- Mantener el seguimiento de compradores mediante CRM y el Sistema de Actualización
- Cumplir los estándares de cierre de citas y CSI
- Alcanzar las metas mensuales y anuales de ventas y utilidad bruta
Requisitos
- Se requiere licencia OMVIC
- Sólidas habilidades interpersonales, de comunicación y para establecer relaciones
- Dominio de Microsoft Office, Excel y aplicaciones informáticas
- Se prefiere un año de experiencia en ventas
- Se prefieren la licencia Clase G y DCS o DEC
