We are looking for a driven and customer-focused Automotive Sales & Finance Consultant to join our team. This unique role combines the relationship-building and excitement of automotive sales with the consultative expertise of finance and protection products.
You’ll support clients throughout the entire vehicle purchasing journey, from helping them find the right BMW to exploring financing, leasing, protection, and ownership solutions that fit their needs.

Responsibilities
- Create an exceptional, personalized luxury vehicle purchasing experience from first contact through vehicle delivery.
- Build lasting client relationships that generate repeat and referral business.
- Present BMW vehicles, technology, features, and ownership benefits with confidence.
- Proactively prospect, follow up with leads, and develop new sales opportunities.
- Consistently work toward individual and dealership sales objectives.
- Guide clients through available financing and leasing options based on their needs.
- Present warranties, protection products, and other value-added ownership solutions.
- Prepare sales and finance documentation accurately and professionally.
- Work with lending partners to support financing solutions for clients.
- Maintain strong knowledge of BMW products, programs, market trends, and the competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with the broader dealership team to deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Represent the BMW brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and integrity.
Requirements
- Previous automotive sales experience; luxury automotive experience is an asset.
- F&I, automotive finance, or financial services experience is strongly preferred.
- Valid OMVIC registration/license.
- Strong sales, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to establish trust and develop long-term client relationships.
- A proactive, self-motivated approach with a strong desire to achieve results.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, performance-driven sales environment.
- Professional, polished, and customer-focused approach.
- Strong attention to detail when completing sales and finance documentation.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
