Position Summary
Seeking a skilled Senior Technician to diagnose and repair automotive systems and mentor team members. Earn through a performance-based flat-rate pay system that rewards your expertise and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair brakes, hydraulics, fuel ignition, electrical, suspension, air conditioning, and computer systems.
- Explain technical diagnoses to customers.
- Stay updated with automotive technology via paid training.
- Assist and mentor technicians.
- Obtain ASE certifications with company-paid test fees and bonuses.
