As a Senior Technician, use your expertise to diagnose and repair automotive systems while leading and mentoring a team focused on customer satisfaction. Enjoy a performance-based flat-rate pay system rewarding your efficiency and skill.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair brakes, electrical, fuel ignition, suspension, air conditioning, and computer systems.
- Clearly explain technical issues to customers.
- Participate in continuous paid formal training.
- Assist in training other technicians.
- Obtain and maintain ASE certifications with company support and bonuses.
