As a appointment center agent, you will be the first point of contact with our clients. Your main role will be to answer their calls and emails, efficiently schedule their appointments, and provide attentive follow-up to offer them a simple and pleasant experience.

Job Description

As a call center assistant, you will be responsible for interacting with customers by phone and online to provide professional and efficient service. Your role will be essential in guiding clients through their purchasing process.

Work Schedule:

Full-time position, Monday to Friday Work hours to be discussed

Responsibilities:

Communicate with clients by phone, email, and SMS and respond to their inquiries. Gather and input customer information into Dealertrack. Process requests via the Activix system. Request clients to send required documents. Assign requests to agents according to the established rotation. Make daily follow-ups with clients who have not been reached. Send takeover emails and ensure all documents are completed and filed. Prepare files and coordinate deliveries during working hours. Promote certain products and services to clients. Maintain strict follow-up on files. Provide impeccable customer service.

Requirements:

Bilingual in French/English, spoken and written, intermediate-advanced level to communicate effectively with both our French-speaking and significant English-speaking unilingual clients. Experience as a call center agent (an asset). Ability to work under pressure. Autonomy, listening skills, and excellent organization. Positive, professional, and energetic attitude. Comfort with various software. Experience in customer service. Knowledge of Activix and Dealertrack software (an asset).
