Job Description
Mega Kia Brossard, a rapidly growing Kia dealership serving the Brossard area, is looking for a motivated, energetic, and results-oriented BDC Agent – Business Development Center to support the sales and after-sales departments.
Salary can reach up to $60,000 per year with a bonus program.
Schedule
- Full-time evening position
- Monday to Thursday: 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM
- Friday: 11:30 AM to 7:00 PM
Main Responsibilities
Sales
- Handle internet inquiries promptly
- Respond to incoming calls and chat requests
- Follow up with potential customers
- Schedule and confirm appointments for sales advisors
- Follow up with clients by phone, text, and email
- Keep customer records up to date in the CRM
After-Sales Service
- Book and confirm service department appointments
- Perform recommended maintenance follow-ups
- Contact clients for post-visit follow-ups
- Participate in customer loyalty campaigns
Customer Satisfaction
- Follow up on satisfaction surveys
- Collect customer feedback
- Handle inquiries and ensure necessary follow-ups
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the customer experience
