Position: Customer Service Agent (1 year of experience required)
At 440 Chevrolet Buick GMC Ltd., a dealership committed to the community and known for its family-oriented spirit, we are looking for a motivated and results-driven Customer Service Agent to join our team in Laval. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, both in person and remotely, and you will ensure an exceptional customer experience throughout the process.

Main Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet customers in person, over the phone, and via email; quickly identify their needs and direct them to the appropriate services.
  • Manage appointment requests for maintenance and repairs, prepare work orders, and coordinate with the workshop and sales departments.
  • Provide clear information about services, maintenance packages, and promotions; suggest additional solutions when relevant.
  • Keep accurate customer records in the CRM system and ensure diligent follow-up on interactions.
  • Resolve complaints professionally and seek solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with teams to meet service objectives and uphold the company's quality standards.
  • Adhere to internal procedures and safety and compliance standards.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience; experience in the automotive sector or after-sales service is an asset.
  • Excellent communication and customer relations skills; ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously.
  • Good command of French; English is an asset; proficiency with computer tools (CRM, Office Suite, etc.).
  • Team spirit, strong service orientation, and results-driven mindset.
  • Flexibility and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
