At Les Moteurs Décarie, we are looking for a passionate and dynamic Customer Service Agent to join our dedicated team, specializing in prestigious brands such as Jaguar, Land Rover, Bentley, and Aston Martin. This position will allow you to interact directly with our clientele, providing exceptional service that reflects the elegance and performance of our vehicles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow up with customers to address their questions regarding our services and vehicles.
- Respond to incoming calls in the service department with professionalism and courtesy.
- Handle customer inquiries efficiently to ensure a seamless and satisfactory customer experience.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to coordinate interventions and service scheduling.
- Manage customer concerns by providing appropriate solutions and informing them of the next steps.
Required Qualifications:
- A minimum of one year of experience in customer service, ideally in the automotive sector.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Attention to detail and commitment to customer service excellence.
- Knowledge of luxury brands and a passion for the automotive industry is an asset.
