Repentigny Chevrolet Buick GMC Corvette, member of Tremblay Auto Group, is looking for a passionate and customer-oriented Customer Service Agent to join its dynamic team and help deliver an exceptional client experience within our dealership.
Job Description
- Welcome clients and respond to their requests at the counter and by phone; provide a warm and professional experience.
- Schedule appointments, coordinate required services, and follow up on interventions.
- Guide clients to the appropriate services (maintenance, repair, finance, parts) and ensure smooth communication between departments.
- Manage information requests, quotes, and administrative documents accurately.
- Use the CRM and DMS to input client information, ensure follow-up, and maintain up-to-date files.
- Resolve customer questions or complaints diplomatically and escalate if necessary.
- Collaborate with Service, Sales, and Finance teams to optimize the client experience.
- Achieve or surpass customer satisfaction and productivity objectives.
Requirements and Desired Profile
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service; experience in an auto dealership or sales and service sector is an asset.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in French; functional English is an asset.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, multitask environment; strong customer focus and service orientation.
- Proficiency with computer tools (CRM and customer management software); good organization and attention to detail.
- High school diploma; relevant training in customer service or automotive industry is an asset.
