Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers in person and by phone, listen to their needs, and guide them to appropriate solutions.
  • Handle requests related to Honda vehicles, maintenance, parts, and after-sales services, and ensure follow-up throughout the process.
  • Record interactions and requests in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and update files accurately and promptly.
  • Coordinate with the Sales, Parts, and Workshop departments to ensure a smooth and efficient experience.
  • Provide clear information on promotions, warranties, service terms, and deadlines.
  • Manage delicate situations or complaints professionally, in accordance with company policies.
  • Maintain a clean and welcoming workspace and contribute to Honda Casavant’s brand image.
  • Participate in new customer onboarding and loyalty efforts through follow-up and after-sales initiatives.

Profile

  • No experience required; beginners welcome; motivated and customer service-oriented.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; training in customer service or administration is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills in French; operational English is an asset.
  • Proficiency with standard computer tools and CRM software; ability to learn quickly.
  • Team spirit, autonomy, ability to prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional appearance, positive attitude, and problem-solving skills.
