- Minimum of 5 years of automotive sales experience with a strong, demonstrable track record of success.
- Mastery of contemporary auto sales techniques, digital communication tools, and effective pipeline management.
- Dedicated to delivering a premium, seamless buying experience from initial contact to vehicle delivery.
- Results-driven self-starter with exceptional negotiation and closing skills.
- Valid OMVIC license and a clean, valid Driver’s License required.
