At Action Grenier Autogroupe, we are seeking a passionate, dynamic, and motivated Financial Director to join a committed team. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and developing all activities related to the financial services of the dealership, while ensuring a high-level customer experience. Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial strategies aimed at increasing sales of financial products and services.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations as well as internal company policies.
- Work closely with sales teams to identify and offer financing solutions tailored to customer needs.
- Train, mentor, and support staff regarding financial products and best sales practices.
