H Grégoire Mitsubishi Laval is looking for a Financial Director specializing in Credit to complete its team.
If you have experience in alternative auto financing and excel in customer service, this opportunity is for you!
Responsibilities
- Advise clients and sell financial products as well as offered warranties
- Process internet requests (web leads)
- Evaluate credit files from Equifax and TransUnion
- Be responsible for vehicle financing and propose suitable solutions
- Establish a lasting trusted relationship with clients
- Clearly explain the features and benefits of financial products
- Negotiate and find advantageous solutions for all parties involved
- Manage administrative tasks: maintaining files and preparing financial documents
- Communicate information clearly, both orally and in writing
- Ask the right questions, listen, and understand clients’ needs
- Convey all relevant information related to the vehicle, delivery, or financial aspects
- Collaborate with the delivery service and accounting
Desired Skills
- Proven experience as a Financial Director in specialized credit (Mandatory)
- Experience in auto sales is a plus
- Functional bilingualism in French-English, both spoken and written, to serve our unilingual French-speaking clients and our significant unilingual English-speaking clientele
- Strong skills in sales and customer service
- Knowledge of software Dealertrack, Desk-It (a plus) Activix
- Professional attitude and team collaboration skills
- Ability to work well in a team
