JOB OFFER Manager AMVOQ Financing Center and Sales Director (F&I)

The position combines business development, management, member relations, operational optimization, and automotive financing expertise.

Whether you live in Quebec City, Montreal, elsewhere in the region, or anywhere else in Quebec, the position is accessible. An office is available in Quebec City, but remote work is also possible. Since our members are spread across the province, travel on the road naturally forms part of the role.

What you will do

Management of the AMVOQ Financing Center

Your main responsibility will be to ensure the development, growth, and smooth operation of the AMVOQ Financing Center.

Specifically, you will need to:

  • Develop and implement strategies to increase the utilization of the Center among AMVOQ members;
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with members, financial institutions, and various partners;
  • Promote the services of the Center and assist members in its use;
  • Identify new business opportunities and propose initiatives to foster growth;
  • Supervise the Center’s daily activities and ensure operational efficiency;
  • Ensure the quality, effectiveness, and compliance of services offered;
  • Implement and monitor performance indicators;
  • Analyze results, produce necessary follow-ups, and recommend improvement avenues;
  • Optimize processes, tools, and working methods;
  • Ensure a professional, efficient, and member needs-oriented service experience;
  • Act as a point of contact for members and partners of the Center;
  • Collaborate with management to achieve strategic and financial objectives.

Sales Management (F&I)

In addition to your managerial responsibilities, you will support the team in credit processing, mainly during peak periods or staff vacations.

Your tasks will include:

  • Presenting clients with various financing, leasing, and protection product options;
  • Preparing, analyzing, and processing conventional and specialized credit applications;
  • Collaborating with different financial institutions to obtain the best approvals possible;
  • Maximizing transaction profitability while maintaining a flawless customer experience;
  • Ensuring compliance, accuracy, and integrity of administrative files;
  • Working closely with sales teams;
  • Following up with clients and lenders as necessary;
  • Complying with the policies of financial institutions and applicable regulatory requirements.

The profile we are looking for You possess:

  • Mandatory experience in automotive financing or as a F&I sales manager;
  • Experience in business development, management, or service growth;
  • Good knowledge of specialized credit files and credit rebuilding;
  • The ability to develop and maintain sustainable business relationships;
  • Leadership, initiative, and a results-oriented mindset;
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills;
  • The ability to analyze results and implement improvements;
  • Professionalism, autonomy, rigor, and excellent organizational skills;
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment;
  • A positive attitude and strong team spirit.
