We are looking for a Finance Services Director for Saint-Laurent Hyundai, a dealership in Montreal, Quebec. This position is focused on the sale of insurance, loans, and automotive warranties. Minimum requirement: at least 3 years of experience in sales or management of financial products related to automobiles (insurance, loans, and warranties).
Responsibilities
- Lead and support the team dedicated to selling financial products associated with automobiles.
- You must know how to build the customer file from A to Z and be fully autonomous.
- Develop sales methods and ensure a clear, professional, and transparent customer experience.
- Collaborate with salespeople and after-sales service to offer the best solutions tailored to each customer.
- Present financing and insurance offers in a simple and understandable manner, ensuring fairness and transparency.
- Train and support staff to achieve and surpass sales and customer satisfaction goals.
- Maintain strong relationships with insurance companies and lenders to obtain the best possible conditions for customers.
- Monitor results and propose operational improvements to optimize the efficiency of the financial services.
Profile
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a role related to the sales or management of financial products for automobiles (insurance, loans, warranties) or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead a team, motivate, and achieve set goals.
- Customer service orientation and keen attention to detail.
- Ability to clearly explain products and conditions to customers with honesty and transparency.
