Job Description
We are seeking a Fixed Operations Director for Joliette Mitsubishi, a Mitsubishi dealership located in Notre-Dame-des-Prairies, Quebec, to lead and optimize all service and parts operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the service, parts, and workshop departments to ensure an exceptional customer experience, efficient service levels, and sustained profitability.
- Set and drive operational objectives, budgets, and key performance indicators (productivity, satisfaction rate, average repair time, visit recurrence rate).
- Optimize after-sales processes: customer handling, appointment scheduling, workshop flow, parts and inventory management, and warranty processing.
- Manage warranties and claims professionally, ensuring compliance with Mitsubishi policies and internal standards.
- Develop and coach service and parts teams, oversee recruitment, performance evaluations, and training plans.
- Design and implement continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficiency, including digital tools (CRM, service management systems).
- Manage department budget, parts purchases, contracts, and supplier partnerships, while controlling costs and profitability.
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards; collaborate with other departments to support overall dealership objectives.
- Lead customer loyalty and satisfaction initiatives related to promotions and Mitsubishi programs.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in fixed operations or automotive service management; team leadership experience required.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, results-oriented.
- In-depth knowledge of after-sales processes, warranty management, and parts inventory.
- Skills in financial and budget management, ability to interpret reports, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication skills in French; functional English would be an asset.
- Relevant diploma (automotive technology, management, administration) preferred; committed to ongoing training.
- Team spirit, proactivity, and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment focused on service quality.
