About the role
Build on sales and customer service experience as a Junior Service Advisor with Acura of Oakville, supporting customers through vehicle maintenance.
Acura of Oakville is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Junior Service Advisor within Zanchin Automotive Group. This customer-facing position explains maintenance, communicates costs, and advises customers about vehicle care. You will coordinate appointments, repair updates, follow-ups, repair orders, and invoices while supporting service advisors and BDC.

Responsibilities

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
