Job Description
We are looking for a Motor Mechanic / Automotive Technician, or Apprentice, to join Subaru Laval in order to provide quality mechanical services on Subaru vehicles and other brands. Minimum required experience: 1 year.
Main responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair vehicles in compliance with manufacturer procedures and safety standards.
- Perform preventive maintenance and mechanical, electrical, and electronic repairs (brakes, engine, transmissions, air conditioning, etc.).
- Use diagnostic tools and technical manuals to ensure precise and efficient interventions.
- Collaborate with the after-sales service team and ensure quality customer service.
- Document interventions in internal systems and prepare clear reports on work performed.
- Participate in continuous process improvement and ensure timely interventions.
Required qualifications
- 1 year of experience in a similar position; or status as a automotive mechanic apprentice.
- Good technical skills and ability to work independently while promoting teamwork.
- Interest in Subaru vehicles and modern technologies.
- Rigor, attention to detail, and concern for work quality.
