Polestar Brossard, a member of the Taddeo Auto Group, is seeking a Parts Sales Assistant/Advisor to join its dynamic team. In this role, the employee will be the main point of contact for customers at the counter and will contribute to delivering an efficient and pleasant shopping experience, while supporting sales targets and after-sales service.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome, advise, and assist customers with their parts and accessories needs.
• Quickly identify the correct spare parts and propose tailored solutions, in coordination with technicians and the workshop.
• Manage orders, prepare quotations, and track deliveries and returns.
• Keep the parts counter organized, clean, and orderly, ensuring customer and invoice data accuracy.
• Manage stock: monitor levels, restock, and place orders with suppliers when needed.
• Use parts management and cash register computer systems for transactions and traceability.
• Meet sales targets while delivering exemplary customer service and fostering long-term relationships.
• Work closely with the store team and other groups within the organization to ensure a consistent and high-quality customer experience.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience in automotive parts sales or at a parts counter.
• Knowledge of auto parts and automotive systems and the ability to communicate technical information clearly.
• Excellent customer service skills, active listening, and problem-solving ability.
• Organizational skills, administrative rigor, and the ability to handle multiple requests simultaneously.
• Team spirit and results-oriented.
• Fluent French; functional English appreciated.
• Proficiency with computer tools and parts databases; experience with parts management and POS systems.
• Relevant training in automotive parts or related fields is an advantage.
