Mercedes-Benz Ste-Agathe, a dealership located in Sainte-Agathe-des-Monts (Quebec), is looking for a Receptionist / Hostess to join its team and ensure an exceptional customer experience in a premium environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet clients and visitors with professionalism and warmth, in person and over the phone.
- Manage reception, direct visitors to appropriate services (Sales, Service, Administration), and maintain a neat and welcoming reception area.
- Handle incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and relay messages efficiently and promptly.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, ensuring good communication between departments.
- Perform basic administrative tasks (data entry, managing mail and supplies, maintaining the visitor log).
- Contribute to security and adherence to internal procedures while protecting client confidentiality.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Service teams to provide a seamless and professional customer experience and reflect the Mercedes-Benz brand image.
Profile Sought
- Minimum of one year experience in a front desk/reception or customer service role.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; neat and professional appearance.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, handle multiple requests simultaneously, and remain calm under pressure.
- Proficiency in French; English is a plus.
- Proficiency with basic computer tools (MS Office); experience with scheduling software or CRM is an asset.
- Team spirit, reliability, discretion, and a desire to learn in a dynamic environment.
