Role Summary
As a Field Technical Analyst, you'll serve as a key contact for technical and KPI analysis, supporting the Quebec and Eastern Canada Field Operations Team. Collaborate closely with managers and analysts to enhance licensee business operations through insightful data and industry knowledge.
Primary Responsibilities
- Provide expert technical analysis and repair information.
- Utilize deep automotive industry knowledge to support licensees.
- Manage urgent cases and negotiate resolutions effectively.
- Conduct targeted auditing to drive insurance KPI performance and profitability.
- Develop and implement improvement plans.
- Facilitate shop operations leveraging the CSN System, including onboarding and training.
- Report monthly progress on case management, engagement challenges, KPI performance, and system enhancements.
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in collision repair and estimating with Canadian systems (Audatex & Mitchell).
- Skilled in OEM procedural lookups and ongoing technical certifications.
- Proficient with GAA rules in Quebec.
- Valid driver's license and strong judgement skills.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency.
Work Environment
Fast-paced and dynamic with multiple priorities. Remote work from home office and vehicle access required. Significant travel including overnight stays may be necessary.
