Ford Chateauguay is seeking an experienced Technical Advisor to join our dynamic team. Based in Chateauguay and serving a loyal customer base, you will work closely with technicians and clients to offer effective and transparent solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome clients, understand their needs, and explain maintenance and repair options.
- Diagnose issues in collaboration with technicians and prepare work orders.
- Estimate costs and timelines, obtain client approval, and proactively communicate updates.
- Schedule and coordinate workshop interventions, ensuring quality and safety.
- Provide exemplary customer service, resolve disputes, and maintain lasting relationships.
- Actively participate in achieving service sales and customer loyalty goals.
Profile
- Two years of experience in a similar position or in automotive technical consulting; DEP in automotive mechanics or equivalent experience (asset).
- Good knowledge of electronic systems and diagnostic tools, and proficiency with workshop management software.
- Excellent customer service skills, clear communication, and ability to work as part of a team.
- Ability to evaluate and prioritize requests, manage time, and organize effectively.
- Bilingual in French/English is an asset; professional attitude and results-oriented.
